Can I buy without flying to Ghana?

Yes. Most of our sales in the last year closed without the buyer setting foot in Ghana. We handle inspection, title search, contracts, and remote signing via POA.

How do you prevent title disputes?

Every sale gets a Lands Commission title search through our legal partners before any money moves. If the title has issues, you walk with your deposit intact.

How does the money move?

You transfer in your local currency to our licensed FX partners. Cedis settle to a milestone-gated escrow. You release each tranche yourself.

Who manages the property after?

We can — tenants, rent, maintenance, utilities. 8% of monthly rent, no lock-in. Or hand off to your own manager.

What are your fees?

Browsing listings is free. Every other service is quoted per brief — concierge inspection, title due-diligence, escrow setup, and ongoing property management are priced individually based on your property and location. You get a transparent quote before a cedi moves.

Financing

Ghanaian mortgages, from anywhere in the world.

Several Ghanaian banks now underwrite diaspora mortgages — some in USD with single-digit indicative rates, some in cedis with longer tenures. Either way, expect to share a Ghana Card and TIN, and to need an in-country co-signer for a handful of lenders.

We are an introducer, not a broker. Pre-qualify anonymously, pick the banks you want to share your snapshot with, and take each indicative offer off-platform to formal application.

Most lenders also expect property insurance before they disburse. We line you up with Ghanaian insurers the same way — request indicative insurance quotes from your phone, in your time zone.
